A: Yes! All of our sales offices have knowledgeable
listing agents who can work in a "Dual Agency"
capacity and professional Buyer's Agents who
can represent you exclusively.

Q: What is the "sewer capacity charge"
and how much is it?
A: Every year, sewer districts in King County,
areas of South Snohomish and a small area
of Pierce County assess a charge billed
directly to customers for a period of 15
years. In 2008, all new single family homes
will be assessed $46.25/month.

Q:What is a "Priority List" and how do I get my name on one?
A:The CamWest Priority List system allows us to notify all interested buyers when sales information and prices are released
to the public for new communities and just priced homes. Our Priority Lists are not ranked, so all interested buyers will be
notified via email or telephone giving buyers an equal opportunity to make an offer on a priced home. New prices will also
be posted on camwest.com that same week.
